Baby Brother Hit by Moving Vehicle.

My baby brother, David, was hit 8/6/15 by a fast moving vehicle as a pedestrian. It was pretty much a head on collision. The driver sped down a roadway and did not slow down nor stick around to even see if he was okay. David is 20 years young, uninsured,  college student who works full time at a local restaurant.
