David Roffey and Tina Ouellet had a chance meeting in 2006 while visiting their respective families in Victoria BC
They maintained close online relationship.
Tina finally decided/got the courage to travel to the United Kingdom to meet him in May 2008 and they instantly fell in love...with David moving to her in Ottawa Canada Feb 2009.
During their years together they had many wonderful adventures and experiences.
Many of the staff may remember him socializing and dancing with me at ICU events.
Engaged in Sept 2015 but did not yet have the opportunity to marry.
David has been off work and battling head and neck cancer since April 2018 which included 2 surgeries and radiation treatments
David has unfortunately been recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and Tina has been off work to be with/care for him.
The GoFundMe page has been set up to help Tina with expenses.
Please help this beautiful couple through the hardest time of their lives.
