I am Tim Knight and I live in Michigan. I have been very good friends with David since 1981 when we were musical partners in The Rosier Players during the eighties when we met for the first time.
David was diagnosed this year on Fathers Day when cancer was discovered on his esophagus on top part of his stomach. Since that discovery, he has been under going radiation and chemotherapy. The latest doctor appraisal reports it is spreading to adjacent organs and is now considered stage IV. I am working his needs as best I can from up here in Michigan. Real expenses now will accumulate for him and his family, Bonnie, Caylee and Amanda. David asked me in June not to do this GoFundMe account, but now given immediacy of his condition I am going forward with this on his behalf. Please donate what you are comfortable donating as Bonnie, his wife, is the only person working in his household.
