The David Kessinger Memorial Fund

Donation protected

Dave's loving and nurturing nature inspired an understanding, a peace, a harmony into this world. Whether he was traveling, teaching his sons golf, or conversing with students, his ability to recognize and draw out the good, the beautiful, was his greatest gift
His passing leaves so many people with grief, an absence that can never be replaced.  There is, however, a comfort in knowing that there are so many of us who feel this way, so many lives touched by David, that while we all feel the loss, none of us are alone.  David is survived by his amazing wife Jessica and his three beautiful and extraordinary boys.

We are asking for donations to help support the Kessinger family and lessen the tremendous burden of the loss of their loving father.

Thank you all so much for your friendship, your generosity, and your love.  Dave will forever live on in the hearts of many.

This poem was written by Dave during his yoga teacher training in 2016.

I Am
I Am the thunder in the storm
I Am the calm within the crashing waves
I Am the bird in the tree by your bedroom window
I Am
I Am the waking of the day
I Am the falling of the sun
I Am the wind that gently passes your face on a warm day
I Am
I Am the light within you
I Am the light within me
I Am the moment we are sharing together
I Am
I Am the thought that just passed
I Am the one that is about to come
I Am the silence in between the two
I Am
I Am the feeling you get when you are hugged
I Am the feeling you get when you are alone
I Am the numbness that clouds your way
I Am
I Am the beginning and ending of grace
I Am the solace within the storm
I Am the peace you seek
I Am
I Am the one thing you always wanted
I Am the only thing that you ever needed
I Am the mirror that is crystal clear
I Am
I Am the one who will always love you
I Am the one who will never leave you
I Am home
I Am
I Am whispering to you sweet songs
I Am the melody pure and true
I Am the message to you
I Am
I Am Love
I am Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om
I am You
