I have been selected to take part in this years Rose of Tralee International festival as a Rose Escort and I’m very proud to be representing my family, my school and local community of Kinsale.
In taking part, each Escort must raise a total of €1,500 and I have raised a third of this sum thanks to generous donations from Kinsale INTO and The Trident Hotel who I cannot thank enough for their support.
To help me on my way to the target of €1,500, I have decided to run a sweepstake competition and your contribution would help massively and would be very much appreciated. :)
How it works:
This year, there will be 57 roses taking part in the festival. To enter, all you have to do is simply select the rose that you would like to see win and make a €25 donation to my Go Fund Me page. Find a friend and buy a Rose between two people for €12.50 each, to make it more affordable! :)
The lucky person/people who choose the winning Rose will win the pot of €500, with the remainder of entries contributing to my sponsorship. Not only that but I have a number of spot prizes for the lucky entrants. The winners will be chosen at random on Wednesday 22nd August.
Please note that each Rose can only be chosen once, and this will be operated on a first come, first served basis so please add your name and selection to the narrative/description section when making your donation. The list of Roses will be added to the comment section of this post and updated accordingly.
In the event that all Roses are not selected, the prize fund will equate to 10% of the money raised through this sweepstake.
Should the winning Rose not be selected, I will pick a winner at random when the festival has finished.
