Help send Darrell Bouldin to the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia as 4th District Delegate!
My name is Darrell Bouldin and I was elected the Bernie Sanders Delegate to the 2016 Democratic National Convention from Tennessee's 4th Congressional District.
I am excited and honored to be elected to this position by Bernie county delegates at the 4th District Convention after being an official campaign endorser of Bernie Sanders.
I serve as the Executive Vice President of the Tennessee Young Democrats, Chair of the TNYD LGBTQ Caucus, and as President of the Rutherford County Young Democrats. I have served in other party positions in the Democatic Party. I have also served on the boards of progressive organizations and volunteered for progressive causes. All of this has been in a volunteer capacity.
Serving as a Delegate is expensive as delegates must cover their own flight, hotel rooms, and other associated travel expenses out of pocket. This is a difficulty for some of us juggling other responsibilities and expenses. We are required by the DNC as part of our Delegate responsibilities to stay for 4 nights and will likely be there 5 as part of the state delegation.
I would appreciate any amount of contribution you may make to help offset these expenses and send me to Philadelphia. Both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders supporters may contribute if you feel so moved.
