Dara's Health Fund

Dara Joy Cohen has been a friend and colleague of mine for over a decade. She is the brightest spirit I have ever met and one of the most loving and kind-hearted human beings ever. Everyone who knows her loves her. She is eternally positive, beautiful and brave and right now she is in the midst of her third battle with cancer and needs our help to pay for treatments and therapies that are critical to her recovery. 

A few days ago Dara learned that the cancer has spread from the breast to a nearby lymph node. It is a very aggressive and active type of cancer and as you can imagine she is going through great emotional turmoil as she processes this information.

Over the next few days Dara will meet with specialists to get multiple opinions and decide on a course of action. The good news is that the cancer has not spread to the abdomen. There are many treatment options still available to her however she needs financial help to pay for them. Dara must focus all her energy on getting well. 

While everyone is enjoying holiday festivities she is seeing doctors and praying for help and healing. Can you please help this amazing young woman who has shown such strength and resilience beat cancer for yet a third time?

Dara is a bright light in the world who simply cannot be dimmed. All the pain and suffering that cancer has already caused her have not been able to destroy the beauty and purity of her heart.
