Help in Danbury Masjid Extension

Allah syas in Quran, "Whatsoever you spend (in His cause), He will compensate it, and He is the Best Providers." Surah 34, Saba, Verse 39.
“Whosoever builds for Allah a masjid, Allah will reward him similar to it in Paradise.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari)
Allah’s blessing descended onto the Danbury area in 1995 when the Islamic Society of Western Connecticut (ISWC) was able to purchase the foundation for the Danbury Masjid. The community has grown tremendously in the past 22 years and has been able to become a second home for many members of the ISWC.
Muslims of the community become like family during Ramadan, Eid, and our monthly halaqahs consisting of various topics geared towards audiences of all ages.
Allah has allowed us to grow not only in our population as a Muslim community, but grow in unity and create bonds of friendship with the local residents of the Danbury area as well as the nearby churches and synagogues, participating in interfaith work to strengthen our bond as a community on a much larger scale. We host a number of programs for the youth to help in strengthening their imaan and having them be prepared for the world as law-abiding, God-conscious citizens, always ready to lend a hand to those in need, Muslim and non-Muslim alike.
The ISWC community is growing at a fast rate, and is currently working to complete the masjid extension with Allah’s permission. We need your help to have the extension project completed as it will allow us to continue doing interfaith work, serving our youth, contributing to the community at large and creating connections of friendship with the different organizations we have in the Danbury area.
By donating today, you are preparing for your Hereafter and building up your account for Judgment Day as well. Your donation will be used to finish the interior of the building such as sprinkler system, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/heating, insulation, sheetrock, flooring, handicap ramp, asphalt, and sidewalk.
