Dalton Wohlfeil-Watson Memorial

Dalton Wohlfeil-Watson, age 19,  son of Jim and Stephanie Wohlfeil-Watson, took his life in the early morning hours of May 4 at their home in Orange, CA.  Jim, Stephanie, and Dalton's little sister Eden (age 10) are overwhelmed with grief and in need of support from their community, friends and family. The pain associated with the loss of their son occurring in the apartment they reside in makes it too painful for them to return. Due to Jim's disability, he is unable to work. Stephanie, as the provider of their primary source of income is dedicated to her carreer but will need time off to heal and be with Eden and Jim.  Throughout the many medical, financial and emotional struggles they have faced in the past 22 years, they have never asked for any aid.  This devastating happening has compelled me and other loved ones to reach out on their behalf.

They are not staying in their home at this time, but notes and cards can be forwarded to: Journey Christian Church, 4849 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92604.  A memorial service will likely be held at The Journey; details will be forthcoming.   

Dalton was a believer in Christ and was active in the college ministry at Eastside Christian Church in Anaheim., as well as music ministry at Bayside Church in Bradenton, Florida.

We have had an outpouring of friends, family and associates contact their family and ask how they can help.  This is an option in leiu of flowers, plants, or anything that will fade away.  Our desire is to lessen the stress of their financial burden of housing, memorial expenses and grief couseling during this agonizing time.
