HELP SAVE OUR PARADE!
Each year, the Dallas Holiday Parade brings holiday magic and memories to the streets of Downtown Dallas. As one of the largest parades in the United States, this Dallas holiday tradition spans two generations of families while attracting a crowd of more than 500,000 spectators. The parade is a holiday tradition for thousands of families throughout North Texas.
In the spring of 2017, after nearly 30 decades of hosting the Dallas Children's Health Holiday Parade, Children's Health announced the decision to move forward with other new and meaningful ways to bring holiday cheer to families in the North Texas area while remaining focused on the mission of making life better for children.
Meanwhile, Jeff Giles, president and CEO of Dallas-based HTEDance and Spirit Group, announced his intent to keep the parade marching! HTE Dance and Spirit Group has been a long-time partner of the parade, bringing pageantry and beautiful productions to the event.
Together with Cassie Collins, past parade director, and many of the committee members and parade volunteers, HTEDance and Spirit Group has ensured this time-honored tradition will once again march through the streets of Downtown Dallas on Saturday, December 2!
BUT, the Dallas Holiday Parade still needs your help! Producing an event of this magnitude is expensive. In addition to creating a beautiful event, there is also the added cost of needed items such as security, medical personnel and barricades. Help us reduce costs with a donation so Dallas can kick-off the holidays in the same celebratory fashion for the past 29 years! Our hope is to have a giant inflatable balloons sponsored by #SAVEOURPARADE Donors!
