Mary and Aveen walking the camino in memory of Dad

Unfortunately, our dad Tom McAteer passed away 25 years ago before achieving one of his goals in his life to walk the Camino.
He was a founder member of the Irish Pilgrimage Trust. This charity works with young people across Ireland with special needs. They arrange pilgrimages each Easter to Lourdes for up to 500 young people. Over recent years they have built two purpose built holiday homes which offer respite care to those with special needs and their families.
We his daughters Mary & Aveen plan to walk 120km from Sarria to Santiago de Compostel from the 23rd to 29th June 2019.
On the first day we will be walking 28km. We would love your support. All money raised will go towards the Irish Pilgrimage Trust.
