Fixing Moms House

Moms house is simply falling apart and has been on a downward spiral since Dad passed.  Mom has enjoyed 36 years in the same home.  She has raised 4 children in this home allowing us to start and finish school in the same district.  She has experienced a house fire, a few burglaries and many happy years watching the children go to and from school.  There have been losses in the family and Mom trying to keep everyone close to her has "saved" all the belongings from Grandma and Grandpas house, Grandma Tims's house and from the Family Owned Business all of these things are about to "fall in" on her.  Recently Mom allowed my brother to stay with her after being released from prison which may have been a misteak but it's Motherly love.  Now that he has been evicted from Mom's house things are turning up missing including the copper piping for the main water connection.  I have no idea how much money this is gonig to cost but I could really use some help.  Mom's savings is already gone, my finances are tapped and I'm at a loss as to what to do.  We have received a gift in the form of a "hero" who has the know how to fix a lot of the issues but we still need money/donations and or skilled labor for copper piping and plumbing materials, drywall, a bathtub, cabinets, flooring, pool repair, car repair and such as well as "manpower" to get it all done.  Anything you can do to help is greatly apreciated even if it is just sharing this page.
