Justice For Tammy

My name is Cathy {Welch} Spaulding . The picture on here is a pic of my brother{Mike Welch} daughter Tammy. She was murdered 30 years ago in Jacksonville, Florida. At the time of her murder Mike was active duty Navy and was deployed out to sea. Mike finished his 20 years service in the Navy and is now retired and lives in Virginia. Mike is a Mattawamkeag, Maine native.
2 years ago a knock came on his door and the NCIS man told him they have the man in custody that murdered Tammy. After 28 years of not knowing who or why such a thing could happen to your child, it is a feeling of relief and also of pain.  Now is the time to get closure, but in order to do that Mike and his family will have to travel to Florida and stay for an unknown amount of time. A trial date has been set for early March for the man who murdered Tammy.
I am setting up a gofundme account for Mike so he can have one less thing to worry about while he relives his pain and grief of losing a child. The money donated will be to help pay for gas, food and lodging expensives for him.
