A couple of years ago I found out that one of my childhood friends was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrigs Disease.  This degenerative disease causes loss of muscle control which leads to many hardships and much needed assistance with all aspects of life.    I know that in the recent weeks much attention has been brought to ALS through the Ice Bucket Challenge which is a worthy cause and raises awareness.  I decided to start this particular gofundme campaign in order to help my friend Jeff Fogel deal with his everyday challenges.
