Some terrible events have occurred involving my mother this last Thursday (7/19. ) and my family needs some financial support during this time.
She is ok.
My mom has been in a verbal and physical abusive relationship with Anthony (Tony) for a little over two years. I have never met Tony, but my other immediate family has and knows of the situation.
My mom and Tony had gotten into an argument Thursday morning and he pulled a gun on her. A struggle ensued and during it Tony was shot in the groin. Due to the situation my mom is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center until the Grand Jury goes over the evidence by the prosecution and decides whether she should be tried for a serious crime. I’m not sure when that will be. The public defender had mentioned two potential dates 7/27 or 7/30. My goal is to gather as much as possible before Thursday( 7/26) so that we can at least get her out of the Justice Center.
I'm trying to gather enough for 10% of the bond and legal fees. My family does not have enough to cover everything so I am reaching out to anyone who is willing to help us during these stressful times.

My mother has been through so much, but this is the absolute worse. I'm incredibly thankful that she survived this. I want her home surrounded by her loved ones to begin healing.
