Keep our electricity

We are a victim of a energy company promising to save us money on our electricity only to be charged outrageous amounts in the beginning of the year. The PUC has ruled against us because I signed the contract. But the salesperson did not tell me it was a variable rate, only that they were going to save me money. you don't have to give money here , just come in and buy something at Market Street Music. If you can contribute I would appreciate it.
