A friend in need

Hello friends and family, Radcliffe is a personal friend of Colin and myself. He is crippled from the waist down due to an accident years ago. He was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and needs $200,000.00 Jamaican dollars ( approx $1500.00 U.S) to start his life saving procedure. He told us he has $35,000.00 and would like us to assist with rest. The test needs to be done October 26,2018.
