Hello everybody, my name is jayden durrington.
I'm 19 years old and have a chronic illness called cystic fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis is a lung and pancreas disease that deteriorates your lungs over time and generally causes you to have a double lung transplant. With CF I have to visit the hospital frequently and have check ups and physiotherapy to maintain my health, for the past year and a half my health has been on the decline and I've had almost 4/5 respiratory failure attacks and have put me in hospital for weeks on end. At the moment I am unable to attend all of my appointments seeming I dont have transport all the time, if I had a reliable car I would be able to attend almost 100% of my appointments and maintain my health a lot better. It would mean the world to me if I could get my own transport and not only just for my appointments but for a bit of freedom being able to go where I want and see what I like to see.
