I am the proud parent of a Ben Davis Marching Giant! Music is such a great outlet for youth, and I have seen my son grow and blossom through the friendships and competitions with this dynamic organization. My son is an honor roll student, he is on the United Way youth leadership council, and recently joined the work force (YAY). He is helpful, respectful, and hardworking. I truly believe that kids that are out here being good examples deserve the best, and I hope that you can help make this small wish come true!
As a single parent with 2 jobs, it is still hard to find extra stretch in the budget and I know this is the story for several of the band students/parents. This year my son is a junior and it will be the last opportunity for him and other juniors to take the band trip.
The band will be performing for the Pre-parade at Walt Disney World in Orlando over spring break this March. What's even more exciting is this is also the week of my son's birthday! What a way to celebrate! I am hoping to not only fund my son's cost but also cover an additional student. This is such an incredible opportunity that really will not come around again. The funds have to be turned in by March 10, 2016. This covers: Transportation, Hotel, Food, and park passes.
I realize that doesn't leave much time, but I hope that you will support and encourage your friends, family, church members, and co-workers to donate also. Feel Free to SHARE, SHARE, SHARE! Every bit helps, so whatever you can give woudl get us closer to our goal!

MAGIC KINGDOM PERFORMANCE
March through the streets of the Magic Kingdom today, down Main Street and through Frontierland! You'll perform for cheering crowds on the Magic Kingdom's bustling streets. At the conclusion of your performance, return backstage, change out of uniform and store instruments on the coach. Then, return to the Magic Kingdom Park for more fun!
