Custom wheelchair

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Postural Tachycardic Syndrome. EDS causes constant pain and joint dislocations, it comes from faulty colleagen which is the glue that holds us together.  It also effects my digestive system causing numerous symptoms. There is no treatment no cure only self management and pacing. Over the years I have become less mobile due to the condition and although I have to do daily physio to help keep my joints in place the muscles are also affected by the faulty colleagen making it difficult for them. After receiving some amazing care and a pain management course at Stanmore Orthopaedic Hospital, I have learnt to manage my condition better. This however meant having to accept that in order to be able to get out and about it meant using a wheelchair. This was extremely hard to accept.... as grateful as I am for my NHS wheelchair it doesn't support my extremely unstable body where it needs it, I find it painfull to sit in my current chair for long due to problems  with my hips. Also its impossible to push myself due to the weight causing my shoulders to dislocate. 
Recently being diagnosed with POTS also no quick fix, this condition causes fainting, dizziness, nausea, fast heart rate, chest pains, palpitations and makes it hard for the body  to regularlate its temperature. The bodies autonomic system doesn't work as it should also caused by the EDS the leg veins are stretchy. This means the blood pools in the legs causing those symptoms, and having to stand and wait in ques, hot shops etc causes episodes. I call it pulling a whitey ... 
So I would like to try and raise the money to buy a custom chair to support me, give me independence as it's so light 4kg !!! I would be able to use it unattended and actually get out and about on my own for the 1st time in years. 
I have included a photo of the type of chair that would give me freedom also allow to do be mobile more at home instead of having to lay down to rest as much.

I have volunteered for 5 summers with S.N.I.P.S  special needs playscheme and at a local dogs home. I would love to get back to some volunteering and a chair would enable me to do this again....
