Louie’s Fight

On Friday July 13, 2018, Louie’s life, and so many others lives, changed forever.  While visiting North Carolina with friends to celebrate birthdays, go golfing and see their friend before his Wedding in October, Louie & a friend were in a horrific dune buggy accident.   Unfortunately, his friend did not survive.  By the grace of God, Louie survived and was found by one of his friends that is a nurse, after hearing his cries for help at the bottom of a cliff.  Louie sustained facial fractures, fractured vertebrae, broken ribs, collapsed lungs, bruising, gash in his head, amongst other injuries.  Louie just got his breathing tube removed today.  Doctors told his mother, Carol, that he has a long road of recovery ahead of him.  Carol is staying at a hotel and by Louie’s side.  At this point the family is unsure when they will be able to bring Louie home to continue his recovery and they need all the support we are able to give them.  Any amount helps.
