Crystal's Mobility

Crystal Goins Sullivan was born with Muscular Dystrophy. As a young girl she served as the poster child for  MDA, attended MDA Camp, served as a counselor and later in life helped raise funds to enable younger children to attend MDA Camp.  Crystal graduated from Franklin HighSchool and Middle Tennessee State University. She married the love of her life, Patrick, who also suffered from MD. Upon Patrick's death, after six years of marriage, Crystal was dependent upon her mother for mobility in a manual wheelchair.  As Crystal's MD progresses, she is in dire need for an electric wheelchair and wheelchair lockdown kit for their van. All funds raised will go to pay for the customized wheelchair and lockdown kit.  This wheelchair will allow Crystal to go to the doctor, the pharmacy, move around her home, and will provide independence for her. This wheelchair will provide the mobility for Crystal that each of us take for granted. This request needs to be funded immediately as the wheelchair can be customized and delivered as soon as the funds are raised.
