Crystal's Yoga Instructor Training

Yoga has been my the thing that I've always come back to for almost the last 15 years now.  Many of you know I struggle with depression and massive back pain/sciatica and yoga is the one thing that helps both.  I truly believe its for everyone.  So if you want to help me achieve this dream feel free to donate, or send positive vibes, or pray for me as an embark on this intense training.  If you do donate make yourself obvious because I want to offer you a free class.  No donation is too small and ANYONE who donates will get a free class.  If you live far away, no worries we can do it via skype.  And I will keep you updated.  My training starts February 16th so check back for pictures and updates and I'm sure a bit of complaining about how incredibly sore I am (LOL).  And thank you.  Thank you for being part of my dream, thank you for believing in me, and thank you thank you thank you for helping make this big scary dream of mine a reality.
