Cristofaro Medical Bill Fundraiser

Donation protected
Thomas was born with Pulmonary Artesia - a congenital heart defect that has required many doctors visits, and six surgeries for Thomas. Last month, Thomas underwent open heart surgery and a total Pulmonary Artery Valve replacement. This was done to help improve the function of his heart and allow him to continue on with his normal day to day activities, and do the things he loves most in life- which is Play Football. Anyone that knows Thomas knows he is ALL HEART- in school, sports, his family, and friends. In spite of his condition, he pushed through his medical obstacles and has played Baseball and Football for the past 6 years within the Huntley sports programs.

He has an amazing spirit, and has never let his medical issues stop his drive or his love for sports.  His goal in having this surgery in March is to be ready for Huntley High School Football camp in June.  Go Mustangs and Red Raiders!

Unfortunately- for his family, the Medical Bills from the past year have been astronomical. With High Deductibles and Out of pocket costs, the family will have over $10,000.00 in claims and other related expenses that will need to be paid.

This fundraiser is being held to help offset some of those medical costs and allow this family to focus on what’s most important.. which is Thomas fully recovering and getting back on that Field.  Thank you.
