Help support the Cunha family

I've been friends with Cris and Fabio Cunha and their adorable children, Eric and Sophia, for many years. Anyone who knows the Cunhas, knows that if you are their friend, you are their family. This family now desperately needs our help.

This summer Cris was diagnosed with breast cancer. With the support of friends, family, and by God's grace, she is winning that battle, but has not been able to work for months due to her bilateral mastectomy and on-going chemo treatments.

Recently Fabio and Cris received some unbelievable news—Fabio now has kidney cancer, which has metastasized in his lung. He too is beginning his fight with cancer, requiring surgery and various treatments of his own.

As they confront the latest battle in their lives, they are being faced with even more loss of work, while regular bills, along with their ever-rising pile of medical bills, keep pouring in.

Many have asked how they can help this loving young family. Cris and Fabio have always faithfully responded, requesting only healing thoughts and prayers, but if you're like me, your heart wants to do more to help them through this trying time. I ask you to consider a donation to help ease the burden and to show you care. It would be one less thing Cris and Fabio have to worry about as they focus on healing themselves and each other.
