Create a PRO Football Stadium

My story is very simple. I am 23 years old, I am from Republic of Moldova and my name is Grozavu Dumitras. My big love will always be football and I am on my way to becoming a football coach-manager. My big dream and my life goal is to create the best football academy in the country and to develop this beautiful game in order to reach a new level of quality, mentality, excellence and results. I want to give to young talents a chance and a strong “platform” where they can really learn, grow, enjoy, freely express themselves, a place where they can achieve excellence and accomplish their dreams - to become a professional football player. I truly believe that a big starting step is to create a new stadium here, in the place where I grew up. As you can see in the video, at the moment the stadium is in a really bad, lamentable condition. I want to change that. I want to plant the idea of quality. That‘s why I‘m addressing you.
