Covering Non-Medical Donor Costs

Hey, I'm Ben. I just want to say a quick thank you (from the bottom of my heart) for being here. I created the site www.match.mom and this "Go Fund me" campaign to help my mom find a kidney, save her life, and to bring more awareness to organ donation and the positive impact it can have on so many people. My mom adopted me at two days old and raised me as a single mother for more than a decade. Her decisions saved my life and it is my ultimate hope to now save hers. Beyond what she has done for me, as a loved and devoted teacher of 35 years, to extend her life would be to extend her impact on the world around her.

When we found out her kidney was failing a couple months ago I knew I had to do everything in my power to help her. I hope to find someone out there who is willing to courageously donate the gift of life so that my mom can continue hers. All of the funds collected on this campaign will go towards any costs her potential donor will incur to donate this life saving organ. My wish is that we are able to save my mom's life and pass our website along to another son or daughter who finds themselves in this difficult position in an effort to do the same.
