Ill 66 y.o. cousin forced to move out of house

My ill 66 year old cousin and his ill girlfriend are being forced out of their house in Philadelphia. They are taking care of his 15 year old grandson who has already moved many times and is in his third high school. Paul is a recovering throat cancer patient, who used to be able to sing and perform to bring in some money, and on top of this, had a couple of strokes. His girlfriend lost her job prior to getting sick herself. He just has his monthly social security but is now being forced out of a house they've been living in for 3 years. I've never done this before, starting a GoFundMe campaign, but here it is. I would never ask for help for myself, and neither would he.
