This Gofund account is being set up to assist Lisa Patrick, a court reporter of Stewart & Shoman Reporting – Panama City Court Reporters.
Lisa lives in Mexico Beach which is a small little beach town about 20 miles east of Panama City that was hit very hard by Hurricane Michael. This is the site of her home that was destroyed where she is standing in this picture. Her home was destroyed leaving her homeless like so many others.
If you are lucky enough to know Lisa you know that she is the most loving and generous person on this earth and has a deep love for animals and her church. She is a hard worker and a great team player. We are a tight knit group here at S&S that are like family and we want to help our Lisa get back to some normalcy so she can start rebuilding and reporting again. She has lost everything but her writing machine, her laptop, her car and the clothes and items she took with her.
Donations of food, clothing, cleaning supplies and basic necessities are being delivered into our area from across the country but what she needs the most at this time is financial assistance. Even a small relief of the financial burden associated with such devastation will help to ease the fears and uncertainty she faces at this time. All 100% of the funds raised will go to Lisa.
Everyone can help...especially our fellow court reporters, captioners and CART providers around the country!!!...no donation is too small....it all adds up to providing a brighter day for someone who has lost so much.
Lisa had just bought a lot to build on in July of '18 in Mexico Beach and was beginning the process of clearing the trees on the lot to start the development of building her forever home. Let's help her rebuild her life and forever home now.
