Supporting Sweet Baby Colton

On April 13, 2016, sweet baby Colton was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Colton is currently inpatient at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, Texas. He started his first of four rounds of chemotherapy that will require at least 30 days of being in the hospital (each round). Colton will get a week at home between rounds of chemotherapy. Colton has already received numerous blood transfusions and a round of antibiotics. He has a central line for easier access for his daily blood draws and to receive his medications and fluids. Colton also receives his nutrition through a feeding tube. Despite all this, Colton is still showing his adorable smile and sweet disposition. His mommy, Brandy Hanson, is continually by his side and Daddy, Wally Hanson, is there any moment he can when not working or caring for Colton's sisters, Logan (13) and Hadley (4).
