Costa Rica Environmental Help Expedition

My name is Anya, age 15 at Thomas Tallis School, I have the opportunity to travel and work in Costa Rica working in cooperation with Camps International (to see the  details of the organiser please see the link at the bottom of the page).

My main commitment is to protect the beautiful, diverse and unique wildlife on the breach of extinction. I will be glad to make a difference and slow down destruction of our planet -  massive deforestation, global environmental warming, extensive farming and pollution (in particular amount of plastic in our oceans).

This project will be mainly centered at reforestation efforts and wildlife conservation. However a number of community development projects will be in place to improve living standards, education and healthcare of local community.

This is my very first effort to raise quite a substantial amount of money this total is £4350.00 and I  have just 18 months to complete it.

Apart from advertising my fundraising on this website, I plan to achieve the goal by setting a set of regular tasks for myself:
-fixing and checking bicycles,
- looking after pets (cat-sitting),
- workshop of good quality manicure ,
- baking and selling cupcakes, etc.
