Corunna Robotics World Championship

Donation protected

Corunna Robotics Team 5084 is only three years old but is growing very quickly. During the 2016 season our team members put in 1000's of combined hours building a robot to compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition.

This year we won at Kettering Univeristy and made it to the State Competition in Grand Rapids MI. Team FridgeBot placed high enough to be  offered a spot at the World Championships in Saint Louis MO. This is a very high honor for a team as young as we are, but unfortunately we do not have the funds to go.

In order to make it to Worlds, our team requires a $5000 registration fee just to get in the door. This does not include food, lodging, or travel expenses. The registration is required immediately and our travel expenses start on Tuesday April 28th 2016.

This trip is an amazing opportunity to get kids excited about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math in a competitive environment. It is also an amazing opportunity for Corunna Schools to showcase what it's students can do.

Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Our teams funds were depleted just getting to the State Competition and to miss this oppotunity would be a disappoinment to the kids that worked so hard to get here.
