Corgi for Chris

As some of you may already know, my brother Chris has been battling cancer for a couple of years now. They got it the first time, and it came back. He went in 3 weeks ago to get the second onset, a nearly 16 hour surgery, to only find out that it had spread. Below is the picture after his second surgery where they stretched the skin from his chest to cover the gaping hole. I will spare you the gaping hole picture, 'cause whoa.

It's called Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans, and it's a nasty little cancer. It has grown  tentacles into the deepest part of his facial muscles and this is now becoming some sci-fi level nonsense... In a month or so he will be going in for a 3rd operation to have the entirety of the right side of his face removed. You read correctly. That's insane. They will replace it via reconstructive surgery using muscles/nerves/skin from other parts of his body. 

So. Instead of raising money for his medical expenses -- which will be astronomical and I don't even know where to begin... I'd like to help him get a puppy. Currently he's been keeping my dog GusGus with him, and having him there has eased his anxieties greatly.  Gus can't stay with him forever though, so let's find him a forever puppy that he can call his own. This money will help purchase the puppy, fund vet & food bills, and send the cutie-patootie to training school.
