Conor Sommer's Fight Against Cancer

Donation protected
My name is Jamie Stroup.  I am trying to help a family friend in need.  Meet Conor, he was a fun and active 6 year old boy until Monday October 17, 2016.  When Conor was one he had a cyst growing on his brain.  This cyst had to be drained.  Conor recently has been having a lot of nausea and vomiting.  The doctor's thought his cyst needed to  be drained again.  Conor went in for his first of what turned out to be many surgeries on Monday October 17th.  When the doctor's came out to talk to Conor's mom, Kelsie, they found out that what they thought was fluid was actually an unknown form of malignant tumor.  This news was devestating for the family but they new they had to be strong for him.  Conor then went in for another surgery on Thursday October 20th to have the tumor resected.  The procedure took 6 hours but they were able to get 98% of the tumor.  Unfortunatly while in surgery one of his arteries was severed.  Conor suffered a stroke and his whole left side was unresponsive.  As if the news of cancer wasn't enough.  On Friday October 21 Conor started to experience siezures.  These continued all night long.  Conor then went in for another surgery on October 22.  The doctors have told Kelsie that Conor won't ever be the same. Conor is currently on a venilator and will be for an undetermined amount of time.  Please help me raise money to help this family.  Conor has the biggest heart.  He wants to be a Paleontologist when he grows up and loves to play minecraft.   Conor also has two little sisters that love him very much.  Here are a few photo's of Conor and his family.  Conor's Superhero dinasour themed birthday. These funds will be used immediatly for medical expenses, food, trasportaion to the hospital, living expenses, lose of wages, etc.  This is very important to my family.  This little boy deserves a fighting chance.  Please help me give him one.  It will mean so much to me and this family any amount you feel you can donate.  I know Conor's family will be eternily grateful for any amount they rceieve.  Thank you for taking the time to hear Conor's story.  Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Sincerly,
Jamie Stroup
