Computers for Nalagi Public School

Over the last few years my family and I have been lucky enough to travel to Fiji for holidays. During our visits we have met some amazing people who struggle with extreme poverty.  This year we are fundraising to provide computers for Nalagi Public School. 

Nalagi Public School does not currently have any computers for their computer lab.  We are aiming to provide laptops in order to introduce the primary school students to computer technology.  These students are disadvantaged once they attend secondary school as they have never had access to computers before. 

Nalagi Public School is part of a small village outside of the town of Sigatoka on the island of Viti Levu.  Nalagi Public School is not on the tourist trail so does not receive donations.  The teachers and school are responsible for purchasing all materials for the students themselves.

All donations and fundraising money will go directly to the school to purchase laptops and software.  Our aim is have enough funds to purchase 3 computers and software for them.
