CFMF Fundraiser for the Police Unity Ride

We are raising money to help local officers attend the Police Unity Ride, which is an annual bike trip to the National Law Enforcement Memorial in DC and this year, two fallen MPD officers will be inscribed in the monument.
This is a Hero work out and everyone who walks into the door on March 23rd, will be required to make a minimum donation of $10 and ALL proceeds will go to the cause.  
This work out is to honor fallen MPD Officers: Chuck Irvine Jr., Michael Michalski, and Matthew Rittner.
Everyone and anyone is welcome. Friends, family, police officers….etc.  The work out will be beginner friendly, but long and grind as well.
