Help Us Complete Building A Resort In Thailand Near Sukhothai....

Story:
For the last two years my wife and I have been building a resort in Thailand.
My wife has been planning and managing the build in Thailand using local labour to do the work whilst I have been working in the UK as an IT contractor sending over the money to pay for it.
At the moment I am struggling with the money as the Corona virus locksdowns have stalled the IT Contracting market and it is taking time to find a new contract to be able to continue sending sufficent funds myself.
Work on the actual build started on the 8th May 2018, and there was was plenty of work before that preparing the land and drawing up plans, getting permissions etc. Now the Resort is getting close to the point of being able to open the first phase of it.

Now the Resort is getting close to the point of being able to open the first phase of it. This first phase comprises of 10 guest rooms, an office/reception building, a utility/store building, and a coffee shop/restaurant building, with the access road and parking areas and landscaping, here is a picture of the outside of one of the guest rooms...
Reason For Fund Raising:
To get this first stage complete a major expense outstanding is getting adequate electrical power to the resort to power it properly.
This requires the purchase and fitting of two largish three phase electrical transformers. Then the rooms need air con units fitted in each one and furnishing, the plan for the furnishing is to have nice hand made furniture and fittings for each room and furnishing, my wife has already found a source for the beds and is making a journey up to the North of Thailand to get nice traditional style material to make curtains and such.
We are looking at around £40,000 to buy all the materials and do this work, the power transformers alone will be around £10,000. Any extra money would go into the pot for initial running expenses to get the place up and running.

If I could have sent more money over in that time it would have been completed by now, as it was I have sent every penny I had and am continuing now at a reduced rate because of the Corona virus situation making it take me longer to find a new contract than usual.
Urgency Why Now:
I did start this GoFundme a while ago but never really promoted it as I was managing on my own, but now a helping hand to get phase 1 of this project over the line as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated, then it can open as Thailand recovers from current situation and grow with that.
As it is 10 separate bungalow type on-suite rooms with their own parking bay it would be easy to implement social distancing as needed. It will offer employment to a number of local people and use the services of various other local businesses and so be a positive addition to the local economy.
There is a phase 2 planned, a swimming pool and more rooms but that will come a bit later and with the first phase open I can hopefully fund that second phase myself.
