Shelter Building Purchase Help

We are a nonprofit agency that provides basic services of food, emergency shelter and showers. We collaborate with many community partners to come along side people providing resources, educational programs and mentoring to move toward self sufficiency.

Our community meals is a collaboration of love of over 200 volunteers from 13 churches and many community groups who plan, cook and serve nutritious dinners 7 nights per week, 365 days a year. In 2014  over 31,000 meals were served to our neighbors in need with a 33% increase in 2015 with over 41,000 meals served.

Many of our community members less fortunate and many passing through that live without traditional housing look to Community Lifeline for Hot Showers and hygiene items which are available currently only 3 days a week due to staffing and funds needed to provide a broader spectrum of support.

We strive to provide stellar homeless advocate/case management for which we are fortunate to have a manager available to assess and assit with housing needs and community resources. Again with funding going towards the purchase of our building we are limited in how much we can provide and to how many currently.

Community Lifeline is located in the pacific northwest which provides a unique challenge many months out of the year for our homeless and in-need neighbors. Our Emergency Cold Weather Shelter is open any night when the wind chill hits below 35 degrees and below from 8pm to 8am. The health and safety of all guests and staff is our priority. Guests are required to read and sign an agreement of services at check in and help maintain the shelter environment. Due to not owning the building currently we are limited in the development and upgrades needed to make this a class A facility. We need your help to help our homeless and in-need neighbors and travelers.

We have strong relationships with all of the mental health providers, Worksource Departments, Law Enforcement and Community Outreach Programs which makes Community Lifeline the perfect name for our Non-profit organization.

This GoFund me account has been established to assist us with the Capital Cost of purchasing our building from Saint David of Wales Episcopal Church. They have given us an amazing opportunity and cost of the property to help us, however we are in great need of community and national support. From $1 to $200,000 we are greatful for whatever you can offer to help us help those in-need.
