Oven for Cottage-Industry Mom Nicole Staniger

When we first moved back to Westwood and got involved with planning a Farmer's Market here, we were concerned that we wouldn't have enough vendors to keep it going.  So, I got my Cottage Food Industry License and baked a handful of breads for the first Farmer's Market in 2016...and have baked bread  every Friday since!  It has turned out to be so enjoyable - particularly making the specialty breads like the Christmas Star Brioche pictured.  There is something innately rewarding about sharing food with others.

The community has supported our efforts here with the Farmer's Market (now planning for our 4th year!) beyond what we could have imagined, and with it, my baking.  Which is why I'm putting this out there for folks to support me purchasing a used commercial oven and mixer.  I won't be able to continue baking for the Market this year without them, as one of my two ovens broke and my household mixer is on strike ; 0

We are so grateful for the ability to live in such a beautiful area and to both participate in and contribute to this lovely little community. Many thanks to all of you who support our family by buying bread!
