Columbia Mural Project

The Columbia Economic Development Corporation has led an effort to install a large scale mural on the Front Street facing wall of the Eastern Drillers Manufacturing building. The industrial building sits across from River Park and at the trail head of the Northwest River Trail.
The mural will beautify this industrial site while highlighting activities on and by the Susquehanna River, nature and historic Columbia.
The mural will be painted indoors on panels that are later permanently installed on the building. We're hosting two free Paint Days where the community is invited to paint mural panels at Columbia Crossing (April 14, 1-4PM) and Turkey Hill Experience (May 12, 1-4PM) alongside the muralist while learning about the process.
Due to the generosity of our sponsors we've been able to raise a large portion of the funds for this $48,000 project - and are seeking your help to reach the goal.
