Urgent Help for Cohen the Brave

Cohen is an 8year old boy who has Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
Cohen urgently needs to have Surgery done on his leg due to his Cerebral Palsy getting worse and his current treatments such has Botox every 4 months, wearing AFO’s, Serial casting and medications are becoming less effective.
The Surgery being done on Cohen is a Tendo Achilles Lengthening / Strayers Procedure which will repair his Equinus Deformity and reduce the Spasticity in his leg and foot. The surgery will then be followed by intensive rehabilitation therapy and other ongoing therapies treatments to get the best result possible for Cohen.
We need to raise money for Cohen urgently so he can have his surgery done sooner rather then later by going Private due to the Public waiting lists being around a 12month wait. We do have some health insurance, to help cover some costs but there are still the gaps, Post Surgery intensive rehabilitation therapy and many other ongoing therapy costs and equipment needs.
Each day Cohen waits he gets worse, Cohen is in constant pain and he doesn't sleep well during the night from the severe muscle spasms he has constantly. At the moment Cohen spends most days in bed unable to get up as he is extremely exhausted and can't do much at all. Due to this Cohen has also had to leave school to be homeschooled instead and has had to give up many of his favorite activities. Cohen just wants to be like all of his friends that can play soccer, dance, attend school and all the other things that most people take for granted.
This surgery will be a life changer for Cohen, whilst there is no cure or permanent fix for him, it will help to improve his mobility, reduce his pain, improve sleep and correct his Equinus deformity.
