Young Mom Fights For Her Life

Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that on February 20, Nicolle Morneault was diagnosed with Stage IV Invasive Lobular Carcinoma, which is a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer. This fundraising campaign is an endeavor to help save our beautiful Nicolle.

Last December, Nicolle discovered a lump in her breast. After several preliminary exams, it was clear that there was a reason for concern. Subsequent tests and scans confirmed that not only did Nicolle have breast cancer, but that her cancer has metastasized, meaning it has spread to her lymph nodes, bones, spinal cord and liver. She has been told that there is no cure, but that her condition is treatable. Her team of doctors informed her family that while there is hope, this diagnosis will require aggressive treatment in order to save her life.

Nicolle will need surgeries as well as multiple treatments and medications, and will be out of work for quite some time for fighting this disease. Her husband will also have to miss quite a bit of work so he can care for their beautiful sons, Kole, 22 months old, and Anthony, 14 years old, while Nicolle fights to get well. It’s now time for her to rest and focus solely on her treatments to battle this cancer.

A cancer diagnosis is expensive. We would be deeply honored if you would share Nicolle’s story during her fight against breast cancer with folks in our local community, family, neighbors, friends and coworkers that may be willing to help. We ask that if you can give, please do. If you were not in a position at this time to make a donation, please share this link with your loved ones. The funding from your donations will go directly to basic living costs, groceries, medical expenses, medications and any other needs directly related to her cancer. There is no such thing as a small donation. Every little bit is a blessing.

We truly believe that Nicole has the strength to overcome this fight. We all know she is the bravest, strongest, and most resilient woman on this planet!! She has a great deal of hope for this long fight ahead of her. Your collective positive energy will be the most powerful weapon in her fight against this cancer. Nicolle has always been the kind of person to help anyone in need while expecting nothing in return. More than ever, she needs our help now. We are thankful to you all for taking the time to read this.
