Coach Charley grew up as a wrestler and has dedicated his life to coaching youth wrestling. He formed Division Bell Wrestling 16 years ago and has dedicated his time with no compensation other than the pride in the success of his wrestlers.
This is last season he injured his ankle during practice and has struggled to walk for the last 5 months. He had an injury on the same ankle as a teenager and because his parents couldn’t financially afford medical care it was never looked at and didn’t heal correctly.
Coach Charley has medical insurance but I would like to ask the wrestling community to help with his out of pocket expense on this. If we all pitch in a little we can reach the goal. He is a very proud man and would never ask anyone for anything but would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
