CLONDALKIN TIDY TOWNS
Our very good friend, Cathal O'Donoghue from Frames Etc in Clondalkin Village will be running this years Dublin City Marathon on 30th October and has 'bravely' decided to help us raise much needed funds. 
We are hoping to raise enough money to plant 9,000 spring flowering bulbs at the 1916 Commemorative Garden at Newlands Cross. Children from all the local schools will be invited to help plant the bulbs. We have already received a grant of €500 from South Dublin County Council, but we need at least €1,000 to complete the bulb planting project.
A little about us....
Clondalkin Tidy Towns was set up in 2012 to rid our streets and green areas of litter and to restore a sense of pride and to help create a cleaner and greener place to live & work.
Our aim is to generate awareness, co-operation and enthusiasm amongst the people of Clondalkin in a concerted effort to enhance the natural, historic and built environment of the village.
