Help LGBT Hate Crime Victim!

Clinton Jessee is a gay man who has a fondness for theatre, costumes, and dressing in drag.  You may know him through his Alter Ego, Captain HILLster, a Hillary Clinton superhero he dressed up as during the Presidential campaign.


After the election, Clinton has been involved in various resistance efforts, and continues to pursue his passion for politics.  

On St. Patrick's Day, Clinton dressed up as an Emerald City Lephrechaun.  A very benevolent person, he even visited Children's Hospital to lift the spirits of sick kids.



After spending the evening of March 17 at bars, he caught the Ballard Rapid Ride Line (Seattle), to head home.  In his natural kind-spiritedness, he handed out chocolate gold coins to the seven individuals on the bus - most of whom were homeless and riding to stay off the rainy Seattle streets.

While on the bus, Clinton's St. Patrick's Day garb, Pots of Gold, as well as additional costume regalia in his grocery roller, caught the attention of a very anti-LGBT man.

This individual followed Clinton off the bus, jumped him from behind, and clocked him in the face.  He yanked his hat off, took his cell phone, and stole the little money he had.

While his wallet and cell phone were eventually recovered, Clinton suffered a retinal contusion, corneal abrasion, a back injury - and is now in constant pain.

Please consider donating to Clinton, so that he can pay for medical bills, and have a source of income while he recovers.  Right now, he is dealing with constant floaters in his eyes, and his condition is very debilitating.

Clinton is a great guy, and is the last person who would deserve to be attacked in such a manner.
