Adam Neff, age 51, of Pella, Iowa. Adam unexpectedly passed away Monday, December 31st, 2018. Adam was diagnosed June 2009 with chronic Q fever. On May 11, 2014 he underwent a liver transplant at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. The family has struggled over the past years with mounting medical bills and now a burial. Adam had a heart of gold to anyone that truly knew him. A friend that was always there for you! He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, & was one heck of a cook. He loved spending a whole day smoking meat down at the cabin.  Adam leaves behind the love of his life, Teresa Kendall Neff. Together they were blessed with three children: Tyler Neff, Chase (Caitlin) Neff, and Paige Neff (Jordan Pleima). Chase and Caitlin recently welcomed baby Greyson to the family. Adam will deeply be missed by all of his friends & family!
