Community Citizens owned PUD

Mission; To enhance the environment and provide low cost affordable electrical energy to the citizens of the North West USA

Hello; I am Anthony Intiso, Chairman of the, "Pacific North West Citizens Public Utility District, (PUD) steering committee".  We propose to form  a Non-Profit 501 c 3 for many reasons plus  two other purposes. It's formation will be voted on by the citizens within the boundaries of the proposed PUD. The election will, ( if authorized by the voters) establish the 501 c 3 Corp. and a board of directors to carry out the management of the Non-Profit Corp. 

The two  purposes are: 

1.  Save the habitat  of Salmon Fish and save the "renewable, clean, Hydro-electric facilities on the Klamath River in Southern Oregon/North California Region.

2. Provide low cost electrical energy to all the residence and business, initially within the boundaries of the new PUD.  

The  many other reasons are: 

3. If managed properly the Corp. can fund other worthwhile community projects, IE; schools, resources centers, etc. from the profits from the excess energy sold on the open market. 

4. The reason the citizens are proposing this formation, (PUD) is because the Federal Government and a FOR PROFIT private corporation want to take away our clean, renewable Hydro-electric  Facilities. And in the destruction of those Facilities will destroy 150 mile of Salmon River habitat for next DECADE.

A deal  was made between one of the richest people in the world, (Berkshire Hathaway, (Warren Buffet) and the Federal Government to allow Buffet's Coal mining operations to substitute coal for electrical energy to a portion of the Pacific North West now fed by Clean Hydro-Electric Energy.
The reason for the deal is evolved with 3 entities.  The Indian tribes on the Klamath River will not sue the Federal Gov. over water rights on the Klamath River if the Licensing Agency for the Fed's will agree to allow Buffet's Company to remove the clean energy hydro-electric facilities.  
The Federal Government's own studies by the Bureau of Reclamation and EIR state..." ALL Aquatic Life below the lowest Energy facility will be destroyed  by the release of OVER 20,000,000 million cubic yard of accumulation of toxic sediment that has been held behind the Clean Energy Facilities.  That is over 180 miles of natural habitat on the Klamath River, destroyed for the NEXT DECADE.
We can save the all aquatic life and keep the clean energy  by forming  a Citizens owned PUD and take control of the Clean energy facilities AND continue to provide the cheapest form of electricity that exists, (even cheaper than wind, solar, natural gas, or coal). 
We will be a non-profit PUD.  Some of the funds from the sales of energy will be used to build by-passes for the fish to go the last 40 miles to the headwaters.
 My dear reader please contribute what ever you can so the people in the PNW can save the environment and provide low cost energy to all the people including low income people. 
The local's within the region are contributing to election cost to get it on the ballot and formation of the PUD Entity.
What you donate will supplement the local's contributions to fight the federal government and one of the richest men in the world.

Because we will have to fight for the existing statutory right to be energy independent. the people need additional financial help.
