Churchill Handicap Bathroom

Tommy Churchill has ALS and is confined to a wheel chair. Access to his bathroom is impossible due to the size of the hallway and the bathroom.  Tommy has lost most of his motor control and can not walk. His wife Nicole has to carry him down the hallway to the bathroom. The labor to add-on to Tommy's bedroom a handicap size bathroom which would accommodate either of his wheel chair has been donated, we are just in need of material costs. The Projected material costs are approximately $4,200, of which we are in needed of $2,100. The project has half the funds. We are in need of the funds immediately, as we need to complete this project before May 1st, 2019. Tommy is greatly in need of a usable bathroom, and we lose labors in May.

Tommy Churchill and I attend the same church, New Hope Community Church.
I will be withdrawing the funds in my name to purchase or reimburse people who have purchased materials on behalf of Tommy Churchill.
I will be keeping records of all transactions.

1. These include purchases donors have made not wanting reimbursement (donations).
2. Purchases made needing reimbursement, from the GoFund account.
3. Purchases made, but reimbursed by the Churchill Family for the project. The Churchill family has committed to a portion of the project costs.

If there are any funds left after the completion of the project, they will be given to NHCC Benevolent fund.
