Rent, car repair, meds, electricity

I need help while finding my way to working.

I've been out of work a long time (long term unemployed, LTU)  now. (Aside from a short lived emp job.)  I currently have no way to cover expenses as August 2016, or sooner if anything unexpected comes up.  I don't have enough in the bank to pay next months rent, much less pay the utilities or buy food and gas.

I am also in debt $30,000 in Parent Plus Loans  for my child's college, which I have no mean of paying and for which the unemployment deferment period has expired. Given that many employers in the U.S. check credit agencies, this unpaid debt greatly reduces my employability.
