On Saturday, January 9th, Christopher Prokop, died in his sleep. It was obviously sudden and unexpected. He left this world at 37 years old. Chris was taken from his wonderful wife Angie, his two young daughters Abigail and Lilly, his mother Geri and stepdad Rick, his father Nils and stepmom Shelly, his brother Eric and sister-in-law Nikki, his sister Jessica, stepsister Danielle and husband Paul, stepsister Courtney and husband Christian, stepsister Jesslyn and husband Derek, grandmother Lorna, grandmother Char, and many other family members and countless friends who all loved and adored him just as he loved and adored them.
He was a fabulous father, a loving husband, a stellar friend, and an amazingly decent person. He is already missed.
His friends are asking that you help bridge the financial gap that has been created by his sudden departure from his family while Angie gets her new life arranged and figures out how to best care for her children. Chris and Angie never had child care expenses for their daughters. Rather they worked alternative schedules, Angie during the day, and Chris in the evening. They made sure that their kids were well taken care of and as we all know, child care can be very expensive.
We thank you for any help that you can provide and we’ll gladly accept whatever you can spare for Angie, Abigail, and Lilly. Chris was a central person in the lives of all of his friends and family and we want to see that his ladies are cared for right now and further down the road of life. That starts here with your act of generosity. Let’s do all that we can to get these special women set up for success in the future and minimize their immediate burdens as best we can.
